A clean, professional boiler replacement
The problem — A household left without heating and hot water, needing a boiler replacement carried out with as little disruption to the home as possible — including a tricky location up in the loft.
What Pro-Tect did — Mick carried out a full boiler replacement — this Vaillant ecoFIT install carries the Pro-Tect service sticker and a Gas Safe label under registration 637911 — fitted to manufacturer standard with an extended warranty, and finished with what the customer described as exceptional cleanliness throughout the house.

The right part, tracked down and fitted
The problem — A boiler out of action and needing a hard-to-find part — the kind of job where it's tempting to cut corners rather than keep chasing the correct component.
What Pro-Tect did — Jason tried at least three suppliers until he tracked the part down, then he and Mick had the boiler back in perfect working order — prompt, efficient, and, as the customer noted, at a bill that came as a pleasant surprise. This Baxi install shows the standard of finish.
