Boiler Installation
Whether it's a straight swap or a full replacement, we help you choose the right boiler for your home and fit it to manufacturer standard. As a Vaillant Approved and Baxi Associate installer, your new boiler can carry an extended manufacturer warranty. Gas Appliance Servicing
A yearly service keeps your boiler and gas appliances safe, efficient and out of trouble — and catches small faults before they become a winter breakdown. Servicing starts from £75, with multi-appliance deals when you have more than one appliance to check at the same time, such as a boiler and a gas fire. Carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, quick and tidy.
Emergency Repairs — 24 Hour
Some jobs can't wait. Pro-Tect runs a 24-hour line for genuine emergencies — heating and plumbing breakdowns, leaking cylinders, malfunctioning boilers and gas fires. We're LPG qualified as well as Gas Safe registered, so bottled and bulk-gas properties are covered too. Reviewers describe a team that's 'prompt and efficient' and soon had things back in working order.
Landlord Gas Safety (CP12)
Landlords are legally required to have an annual gas safety check on every rental property. We carry out the inspection and issue the CP12 gas safety certificate, keeping you compliant and your tenants safe. Regular customers can book a yearly reminder so the renewal is never left to the last minute.
Powerflushing
Over time, sludge and debris build up inside a central heating system — cold spots on radiators, a noisy boiler and rising bills are the tell-tale signs. A powerflush chemically cleans the whole system through, restoring circulation and efficiency and extending the life of the boiler and radiators. Often the cheapest way to bring an ageing system back to life.
Plumbing Services
Everyday plumbing as well as heating: leak detection and repair, outside tap installation, full bathroom installations and macerator replacement. No job is too small, and it gets the same standard of work as a full installation. Reviewers highlight 'a marvellous job, particularly with regard to my shower' at 'a very reasonable' price.
Cooker & Gas Fire Installation
Safe installation of gas cookers and decorative or radiant gas fires by a Gas Safe registered engineer, including LPG appliances for homes off the mains network. Every appliance is fitted, tested and left safe, with the gas checks that keep everything compliant.

Pro-Tect is a family-run limited company (Co. No. 11992117), run by directors Jason Lawrence and Michael Jones with a small, trusted team of five — including an apprentice we're bringing up in the trade.
